Top Questions for your Wedding Photographer

Where are you based and do you travel?

Niagara Falls, Canada is home for me but I love adventure and the gift of travelling. Being in a new place drives my passion and fuels my creativity. I would be happy to custom quote you based on the location of your wedding and details.

What are your rates?

My wedding collections begin at $2,700 and portrait sessions start at $400. Please visit my info page to view my collection details.

When will I receive my photos?

I take great pride in being a wedding photographer and strive to deliver a collection of images that I am proud of. I like to take my time to make sure that every image in your gallery meets my expectations. Your gallery link will be ready and emailed to you within 4-6 weeks after your wedding. (2 weeks for all other sessions)

Can I choose the images that are selected to be used in creating my gallery?

Throughout the years I have developed a workflow system. I have an entire list of different criteria that I use to determine what goes in the gallery and how it is created. I present my clients with a gallery that contains the best of the best images that I feel are a true representation of them but also represents me as an artist.

Do you offer add-ons?

Yes, for sure! I love when a couple puts priority on printing their images and I am happy to offer a variety of truly beautiful specialty prints, books, photo gifts and products. For your convenience, you are able to order prints and/or products through your online gallery.

What exactly is a print release?

A print release is an agreement stating that I have given permission to the said client to print images from their collection created by me. They are allowed to print at a lab of their choice with no limitations. It is only giving permission to print. It does not give permission to alter the images and/or share with vendors or publications. Also when posting on the internet I always appreciate the clients who take the time to give a photo credit to Jessica Little Photography.

How soon should I book my wedding photographer?

I always recommend booking your wedding photographer as soon as you decide that you want to work together. Due to the nature of weddings, it really is never too soon to secure your date. Couples often book the venue and photographer very soon in their wedding planning process. Couples are booking on average 8 months to two years in advance. (Please note that no wedding is considered booked until a contract & retainer fee has been paid in full.)

How much coverage do we need?

Although, most of my couples are reserving a minimum of eight hours, I do always suggest my collection that includes ten hours! I have found in my years of photographing weddings that this amount of hours for wedding day coverage is essential in telling the full story. I am able to start the day with you as you finish getting ready, and end the coverage into your reception celebration. This time frame allows diversity and all those little pockets of stories to be told through out your wedding day.

Do you photograph weddings exclusively?

No way! I love documenting life before and after the wedding day also. I offer lifestyle sessions as well as boudoir sessions. Check out my galleries here.
